Equipping, Mobilizing, and Sending Laborers to the Nations<\/strong><\/em><\/h3>\n

At Tubasange, our heart is to see the\u00a0church in Rwanda actively participating in God\u2019s global mission<\/strong>\u2014praying, sending, supporting, and going to the nations. As we embark on 2026, we express our gratitude for God’s continued provision of opportunities to mobilize believers via discipleship, prayer, training, and media.<\/p>\n

Impact Snapshot (January\u2013February 2026)<\/strong><\/p>\n

Beginning the Year with Thanksgiving<\/strong><\/h2>\n

We started the year with a joyful <\/span>Thanksgiving celebration,<\/b>\u00a0bringing together the staff, volunteers, leaders of Tubasange, and their families. It was a time of worship, fellowship, games, and a shared meal.<\/p>\n

We reflected on\u00a02025<\/strong>, a year in which God brought many new volunteers to join the Tubasange team. Their dedication has strengthened the ministry and expanded our mission mobilization efforts.<\/p>\n

Mission Awareness Among University Students<\/strong><\/h2>\n

God continues to open doors among university students. Viateur recently facilitated\u00a0mission awareness seminars<\/strong>\u00a0with:<\/p>\n

  • CEP \u2013 University of Rwanda, Remera campus<\/li>\n
  • GBU \u2013 University of Rwanda, Huye campus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Leaders from CEP Remera are now considering making this seminar an\u00a0annual event<\/strong>\u00a0and exploring regular mission study gatherings.<\/p>\n

    One student shared this reflection:<\/p>\n

    \u201cI knew that God has a heart for the nations, but this seminar helped me understand how I can personally participate in His global mission. I realized I need to reconsider how I support missionaries through prayer and giving.\u201d

Mobilizing Through Discipleship<\/strong><\/h2>\n

At Tubasange we believe\u00a0mobilization grows through discipleship<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

    \n
  • Viateur leads a weekly\u00a0Discovery Bible Study<\/strong>\u00a0with six members of an ADEPR choir.<\/li>\n
  • Pacifique is discipling three young adults using\u00a0The Fuel and the Flame<\/em>, a book that encourages evangelism, discipleship, and mission engagement among students.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    God is already raising new volunteers through these groups:<\/p>\n

      \n
    • Neema<\/strong>, a graduate, now volunteers in student mission mobilization.<\/li>\n
    • Pacifique<\/strong>, a Kepler College student, serves with Tubasange in communications.<\/li>\n
    • Elyse<\/strong>, a medical student, is prayerfully considering starting a discipleship movement among students in his college.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Meanwhile, the discipleship of\u00a0DM2 graduates<\/strong>\u00a0continues online through weekly and bi-monthly follow-up meetings.<\/p>\n

      Our desire this year is not only to organize programs but to\u00a0sustain a long-term passion for God\u2019s mission<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

Prayer for Missions Is Growing<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Since\u00a0October 2018<\/strong>, Tubasange has hosted a\u00a0monthly prayer gathering for Rwandan missionaries<\/strong>\u00a0every first Sunday of the month.<\/p>\n

Today we are seeing this vision multiply.<\/p>\n

    \n
  • DM2 graduates have started prayer groups on university campuses.<\/li>\n
  • A prayer group among\u00a0ADEPR families<\/strong>\u00a0now meets monthly.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    This group started in\u00a0June 2025 with seven people<\/strong>, and already:<\/p>\n

      \n
    • 4 members have completed the\u00a0Kairos Course<\/strong><\/li>\n
    • 2 families now give monthly toward missions<\/li>\n
    • The group regularly receives prayer requests from missionaries<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Recently\u00a0Janviere Nishimwe<\/strong>, a Tubasange member preparing for the mission field, visited the group and shared her testimony. The families committed to pray for her as she prepares to go.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

Mobilizing\u00a0the Church Through Media<\/strong><\/h2>\n

God has opened a new door through\u00a0Christian media<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Pacifique has begun recording a\u00a0weekly teaching program on Semita TV<\/strong>\u00a0exploring\u00a0God\u2019s mission from Genesis to Revelation<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

So far:<\/p>\n

    \n
  • 9 teaching sessions<\/strong>\u00a0have been recorded<\/li>\n
  • The teachings will also be shared on the\u00a0Tubasange YouTube channel<\/strong><\/li>\n
  • Pacifique has appeared in\u00a0three additional TV discussions at Semita TV<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Already some viewers have expressed interest in supporting the ministry, and one couple decided to\u00a0increase their giving\u00a0<\/strong>after watching the program.<\/p>\n

    We pray this platform will help engage many believers across Rwanda with God\u2019s mission.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

\u00a0Leadership Transition for Kairos in Rwanda<\/strong><\/h2>\n

After more than\u00a010 years of leadership<\/strong>, Pacifique and the Kairos team have passed the leadership to a\u00a0new generation of mobilizers<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

This transition opens a new season of using\u00a0Simply Mobilizing courses<\/strong>\u00a0to equip churches across Rwanda.<\/p>\n

Two\u00a0Kairos Courses<\/strong>\u00a0are being prepared for\u00a0April<\/strong>, including one for an\u00a0ADEPR choir<\/strong>\u00a0and another possible course for the\u00a0Rwandan community in Kenya<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

Strengthening Care for Missionaries<\/strong><\/h2>\n

The\u00a0Tubasange member care team<\/strong>\u00a0has begun the year with renewed commitment.<\/p>\n

  • Every Tuesday morning for prayer<\/strong><\/li>\n
  • They meet monthly to study the book ‘Serving as Senders’<\/b> and learn practical ways to support missionaries.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    They are also preparing to help partner churches develop\u00a0member care teams<\/strong>\u00a0for the missionaries they send.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
