We believe in:

•  One God, creator and sustainer of all things, existing eternally in three persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
• The deity and humanity of our Lord Jesus Christ, his virgin birth and sinless life, his miracles, his atoning death on the cross for us, his bodily resurrection, his ascension to the right hand of the Father, his work as mediator, and his return in power and glory.
• The ministry of the Holy Spirit to transform lives and empower for service.

• Resurrection of the dead: those who are in Christ shall resurrect to a life forever with God and those who are outside of Christ shall resurrect to final judgment.

We believe that local churches exist to participate in local and foreign missions through evangelism and discipleship of its members and sending or supporting missionaries.

We believe all peoples will be represented at the throne of God and that reaching Least Reached peoples is the priority for the fulfillment of the great commission.

The Partnership:

We value to work with other like-minded organization locally and globally; we believe that none can finish alone the big vision of God without working with other members of the body of Christ.

The Resources:

We believe that God’s resources belong to God’s people and God’s ministry runs through financial, physical and emotional support of God’s people who partner with us to fulfill God’s vision.

TUBASANGE is a young organization with a rich background and history, dated from 2000 years ago, when Jesus, King of Kings and Lord of Lords, after His resurrection from the dead, appeared to his disciples and commanded them to meet Him in Galilee. There He said, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Therefore, go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely, I am with you always, to the very end of the age.” As his risen body ascended into heaven, this is the way he left behind his bride the church to carry on the mission to bring in the kingdom of God to the whole world.

The church in Rwanda is more than a 100 years old, but since her beginning we have been receivers of the gospel but never giving and now by God’s grace and in His mercies from the year 2008 when the first Kairos course took place with few students at former National University of Rwanda (NUR), the call to give to the Nations by obeying the command and commission of Christ has started to reach the ears of the church starting with the young people in university campuses.
Since 2009 the movement of active mobilization through Mission conferences, Mission trips in the Least Reached Peoples of Kenya and South Sudan started by GBUR (Groupe Biblique Universitaire du Rwanda) member of IFES (International Fellowship of Evangelical Students) and from 2012 the Kairos course and other courses like Perspective for World Christian Movement, Encountering the World of Islam, among others are all tools for mobilization that the church in Rwanda has access to.
The Kairos National coordination Team (NCT) which was formed on 23rd September 2014 has been carrying different mobilization efforts in partnership with like-minded organization. In 2015 we saw a first Rwandan young person commissioned to go as a long term missionary in South Sudan and in the following years other 4 young people have gone to serve among the Least Reached people groups of East Africa.
In October 2017, the first Kairos Mission Summit, was done in order to ignite again the fire in the Kairos graduates and we realized how much the movement has grown and that we needed a way forward.
On 22nd January 2018, The Kairos NCT had a one day retreat to pray and discuss the way forward and from there we were clear that we need an indigenous Mission agency which will carry on the Mobilization, training and Sending of Rwandan Missionaries and that is when we got the name TUBASANGE.
In August 28-30, 2018, with the help of missionaries and mobilizers from UK who worked in Africa for many years, a training was organized to learn how a mission agency operates and among the people who attended this training they formed an acting committee of TUBASANGE and later other like-minded people joined the organization through a monthly meeting and prayer of the Church, Unreached people and Rwandan Missionaries.
On 23rd November 2019, in the process of getting legal entity, the first general assembly of TUBASANGE held at EAR/Remera and officially the organization was founded by 15 members in the presence of Private notary.
On 1st June 2020, Pacifique BISANGWA resigned his work to become the 1st full time staff of TUBASANGE.
